Bitterless Aroma extracts
When looking at ways to improve aroma intensity, Salvo® and SalvoPlus® are the two best choices. Salvo® delivers impactful variety-specific flavor and aroma as a fractionated form of CO2 hop extract. In both products, α-acids have been removed to explicitly enhance aroma with little to no added bitterness. Salvo® is best used as a late kettle/whirlpool addition to partially or completely replace leaf or pellet hops. SalvoPlus® can be added at any time during the brewing process, so also for dry hopping.
Since Salvo® and SalvoPlus® contain no vegetative matter, both products will minimize beer losses significantly.
